Vendor's Responsiblity
It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure the productions is free of defects and meets the standard of workmanship.
There are no special cases,exceptions,or excuses that allow inclusion of defects beyond AQL or deviation from this
standard unless confirmed via buyer's approval sample feedback or otherwise in writing by buyer prior to production.
Late production is never a valid excuse for sub-standard productions or by-passing inspections.If the vendor cannot
fulfil the purchase order to meet the approval Standard of Workmanship,it is the Vendor's reponsiblity to inform Buyer
at the start of production to resolve the issue or request a waiver.Any defects or deviation from the standard acknow-
ledged or discovered after production has been made is the Vendor's responsibility to correct or replace.

Q:Can you make the design for us?
-Yes. We have a professional team with rich experience in work wear design and manufacturing. Just tell us your
ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect work wear. It does not matter if you do not have someone
to complete files.Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them.
We will send you finished files for confirmation.

Q:How long can I expect to get the sample? 
-After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery within 7-10days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays.You can use your own express account or
prepay us if you do not have an account.

Q:What about the lead time for mass production?
-Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The best record we keep is delivering
90,000 pcs work wear within a month. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the
date you would like to get the products at your country.

Q:How do you control the quality?
-We have professional QC team to control the quality.Dedicated quality assurance team with the oldest customer
retained from 1998 until now.Our QC team performs random inspections after each stage of production.They carefully
one-on-one follow and inspect raw material,cutting,stitching,label sewing and packaging to ensure that each piece you
get is best in quality.

Q: How can I place the order?
-First sign the PI or Sales Contract,then we will make samples for your approval,make PP samples,once PP sample is approved,then prepare for bulk

-We will have a pre-production meeting with all departments to review all approved PP samples and feedback for the
style being produced provided by customers prior to beginning production

Q:How can I pay?
-We accept payment T/T,L/C,D/P,Western Union,Paypal etc.

Q:What is your terms of delivery? 
-We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective
