Vendor's Responsibility
It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure the productions is free of defects and meets the standard of workmanship.
There are no special cases,exceptions,or excuses that allow inclusion of defects beyond AQL or deviation from this
standard unless confirmed via buyer's approval sample feedback or otherwise in writing by buyer prior to production.
Late production is never a valid excuse for sub-standard productions or by-passing inspections.
If the vendor cannot fulfil the purchase order to meet the approval Standard of Workmanship,it is the Vendor's repon
-siblity to inform Buyer at the start of production to resolve the issue or request a waiver.Any defects or deviation from
the standard acknowledged or discovered after production has been made is the Vendor's responsibility to correct or
replace.
